Front Line Support Agent

Aiir is a fast growing tech company, providing services to audio content creators which include some of the biggest broadcast radio brands in the world.

The role

We’re expanding our presence in the USA to the West Coast, and we’re looking for a front line support agent to join our team.

You’ll need to be tech savvy, hardworking, and take pride in your work with excellent attention to detail.


  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of content management systems and web interfaces
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly to team members and clients
  • Demonstrable problem solving skills, in a timely fashion
  • Strong time management, communication and organizational skills
  • Willingness to rapidly learn new technologies
  • Ability to work well on your own and within a team remotely


  • Experience with content management systems
  • Used Basecamp, or similar project management software
  • Experience maintaining one or more websites
  • Experience with help desk / support ticket software
  • Ability to multitask and meet goals set by management
  • Some knowledge of of technologies and environments such as PHP, JavaScript, Windows server, Linux, Nginx and AWS
